Maker's Schedule ("the Service") is operated by Freimi Oy ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Maker's Schedule is a productivity and project management platform designed for creators, developers, and builders. The Service includes calendar management, project tracking, client management, and related features.
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a 3-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. The trial begins when you create your account.
After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees. All payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
However, if you have explicitly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at aija@freimi.com of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. However, EU consumers may be entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at aija@freimi.com.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Maker's Schedule and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREIMI OY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with reasonable skill and care, or are not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our breach of these Terms or negligence is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maker's Schedule operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
As an EU consumer, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
